I am a novice when it comes to web technology and it was an absolute delight to meet Gayle from Ridge Graphics! In my initial phone conversation with Gayle she gave me really useful information and ideas to help me progress my web adventure, but best of all, it was in “plain English” and Gayle knew exactly the situation that I was in when it came to knowing where to start.  She followed up with emails containing helpful information to focus me on what I actually wanted and how it might come together with words, photo’s and pictures. Whilst Gayle was miles away from where I live, email communication worked superbly. I gave Gayle ideas about the type of website I wanted and she was so “spot on “ in the design, layout and colours, with little need for me to make any major changes, other than the odd photo and deciding I needed to change a word here or there.  I was really impressed with her capacity to grasp succinctly what I needed and the purpose of my website as a new small business owner.  Once I gave Gayle the content and photos the website was done very quickly and the responses to the minor changes that I made, done within 24 hours.  I have been very impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, customer service, communication and sheer talent demonstrated by Gayle, in bringing my website to fruition. The pricing was so affordable, it is unbelievable. I have no hesitation in recommending Ridge Graphics to any new small business owner, Gayle has been an absolute delight to work with and I am so impressed with my new website.
